With over 20 years as a math teacher and instructional coach, I've gained a passion for helping others set goals, create action plans, and celebrate successes. Now, I’m focused on building my training business to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
My own health journey began 15 years ago, with its share of struggles. While I occasionally face challenges, like skipping workouts or making unhealthy food choices, I’m committed to the long-term goal of staying physically and mentally fit as I age. I want to be capable of anything, without limitations, and enjoy life’s adventures without regrets.
