Personal Fitness and Nutrition Coaching

Why choose personal coaching?

You're here because you have a goal. Maybe you're a busy mom (or dad) struggling to find time to take care of yourself. Maybe you're interested in losing 5+ pounds of body fat or gain 2-3 lbs of muscle mass. Maybe your goal is to have a healthier lifestyle.

I help clients build consistency with exercise, nutrient dense meals, sleep routine, and stress management.

I will create a workout plan that is customized to your needs and focused on helping you achieve your long term goals. With ongoing evaluation, we will work together to build a sustainable plan.

  • In-Person fitness coaching is located in my private home gym.

  • Initial Personal Assessment included at no cost

    • This is a live assessment to review your intake information, physical assessment via movement testing, goals, lifestyle factors and anything else you feel will support your success.

  • Workouts are based on your health/fitness goals and assessments

  • $50 per one-hour session

  • Add-on: Weekly Workout plan and Nutrition Coaching

  • Similar to in-person fitness coaching, but via Zoom

  • Initial Personal Assessment included at no cost

  • $50 per one-hour session

  • Full fitness and nutrition coaching program

  • Initial Personal Assessment included at no cost

    • This is a live online assessment to review your intake information, physical assessment via movement testing, goals, lifestyle factors and anything else you feel will support your success.

  • I will create a 12-week exercise program designed around the initial assessment.

  • Zoom call at a minimum of once every 4 weeks to discuss workouts, nutrition, sleep routine, and stress management.

  • Access to workouts via TrueCoach app.

  • Access to me via email and app.

  • Starting at $200/month
